When you join The Rowans Hospice Lottery we need to know your contact details. This allows us to process your Lottery membership and ensure we can contact you if there are any problems with the membership at any time. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the Lottery application.

We use your personal information for keeping you informed about the Lottery, and also for sending hospice newsletters and details of hospice events. Your details will be kept on a database for this purpose.

We will not disclose this information to any other person or organisations except in connection with the above.
